275g prime eye fillet, marble grade 2 served medium, presented on a bed of dauphinoise potatoes & fresh asparagus spears, topped with caramelised onion jus.

Juicy chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese & wrapped in prosciutto, served with sautéed greens, oven roasted potatoes & a tomato salsa.
